General Mantle Notes
Every Arcana mantel is made to order and fully customizable.
Pricing is based on stone, size, and design details.
Quotes are valid for 14 days; orders are paid in full at placement.
Standard sizes fit a 36", 42", or 46" Isokern Standard Fireplace.
Natural stone varies in color and veining — no two are alike.
Installation
Crafted from solid stone, Arcana mantels are substantial pieces requiring skilled installation.
We recommend a professional stonemason — these are not DIY projects for the inexperienced.
Arcana does not arrange installation and must be handled by the client, designer, or contractor.
Shipping and Delivery
Your mantel will be delivered by one of our trucking partners to your location.
Lift-gate service and curb-side delivery are included in the shipping cost.
You or your installer are responsible for receiving and signing for delivery, as well as transporting the crate from the curb to a secure location.
The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the order. The number of days in transit depends on your location from our distribution center.
Once your mantel is crated and ready for shipment we will contact you to make sure you are ready to receive your order.
Lead Times
Estimated lead times are given at order placement.
Order lead times average 8-10 Weeks for production.
Lead times can be changed due to specific circumstance.
Delivery times may vary depending on the order. The number of days in transit depends on your location from our distribution center. Once your mantel is crated and ready for shipment we will contact you to make sure you are ready to receive your order.
